Profile
Adamu Garba II is an IT Entrepreneur, the current CEO and Founder of IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited. In February 2018, Garba declared his intention to run for President of Nigeria under the All Progressives Congress (APC). At 35 years, he is one of the youngest to declare for the 2019 presidential election. He was relatively unknown until he announced his aspiration citing the need for youths to take over the realm of leadership.
Mr Garba left APC in May 2022, after raising N83 million to buy the presidential nomination form of the ruling party, but was barred from contesting due to the form costing N100 million. He decamped to the Young Progressives’ Party (YPP), where he contested the primaries of the party but ultimately lost. He has since rejoined APC after this brief stint in the YPP.
