Usman Nafada Bayero is an accountant, businessman and politician. He was formerly the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya is a Nigerian businessman and politician born in Jekadafari, Gombe to the family of Alhaji Yahaya Umaru an accomplished businessman. He is currently the Executive Governor of Gombe State. 

Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, FCA, FCIB, FCIT, FNIM, OON is the former executive Governor of Gombe state.  Prior to this, he worked at the Central Bank of Nigeria from 1988 to 1999.
